Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the level of ICT integration in higher education, taking into account the staff of electrical engineering technology department at the University of Bechar. It is both a quantitative and qualitative study in which we want to assess the level of ICT use and thereafter analyze the attitudes of teachers of electrical engineering vis-à-vis this new technology. Our questionnaire does not focus particularly on ICT, but included questions on modes of access, integration and deployment of ICT in the new system of university education (License, Master et Doctorate), and the use of them.
