Abstract
The effectiveness of a self regulation technique based on the biological feedback (BFB) has been studied during treatment in patients with Parkinson's desease. The specific recommendations for patients with Parkinson's desease have been determined taking into account an appearance of the distinctive symptoms. The treatment method based on the BFB has been realized. The controllable physiological signals both electrocardiography and electromyography have been used in this method. The rehabilitation psycho-physiological complex “Reakor” has been used for the treatment and diagnostic procedures as well. The statistical analysis of the effectiveness of the self regulation method was performed. It has been shown the combination of medication and biofeedback training aids in the normalization of personal emotional parameters.

В исследование были включены пациенты с диагнозом БП, состоящие на учете и проходящие лечение в неврологической клинике Сибирского государственного медицинского университета (СибГМУ) Соотношение мужчин и женщин в основной группе составило 7 : 13, возраст 66 (62; 70) лет. I стадия по Хен и Яру определена у 6% пациентов, II – 38%, III – 56%. В контрольной группе соотношение мужчин и женщин составило 10 : 13; возраст – 70 (62; 73) лет. Стадия по Хен и Яру I – 4%, II – 30%, III – 61%, IV – 4%; тип течения быстрый – 22%, медленный – 13%, прогредиентный – 65%. Возраст начала заболевания составил 64 (55; 69) лет, продолжительность заболевания – 3 (2; 5) года. В состав комплекса включены персональный компьютер, комплект электродов и датчиков, пакет программ БОС-тренинга. Обобщение результатов исследования проводили с использованием описательных статистик: медианы Me и интерквартильного размаха (Q1; Q3) для данных, несоответствующих нормальному закону распределения
