This paper aims to examine the role and importance of Big Data usage in optimizing marketing campaigns on social networks. In an era where data is limitless, Big Data has become a valuable resource for businesses looking to understand consumer behavior and improve the efficiency of advertising campaigns. In this paper, we will shed light on the history and development of Big Data, including their volumes and sources. We will explore the potential of Big Data and categorize their sources to better understand how they can be leveraged for social media marketing. Furthermore, we will analyze the benefits and challenges of using Big Data in marketing.
