Abstract

In this paper, we examine OCL-to-code transformations, which are dedicated to modern model and metamodel repositories facing with the requirements to perform search, validation and transformation of models that are usually stored in external data storages, e.g. RDBMS. Diversity and fast changes of data storage technologies make the development of such transformations a real challenge. This paper presents a method developed by the authors enabling reuse of OCL transformations, their adaptation to various data storage environments and evolution by applying attributes and graph merging algorithms.
