Abstract

This survey-based quantitative study intends to examine the role of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating factors on the actual usage of mobile health applications, as mediated by behavior intention. This study's population consists of Indonesian M-Health Apps users. This study includes 96 users of the M-Health Apps as participants. The technique utilized for data analysis is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square. According to the findings of the study, performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, and facilitating conditions have a favorable and significant impact on behavioral intention. Second, performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, and facilitating conditions have a favorable and significant effect on actual usage behavior as mediated by behavioral intention. While effort anticipation is the primary element influencing behavior intention.
