Abstract
Abstract The article is devoted to the analysis of business processes of additional education institutions on the basis of the process approach. The possibility of using the IDEF0 methodology for the implementation of the process approach in the analysis of business processes in additional education institutions is shown here. The AS-IS diagrams were developed, on the basis of which the shortcomings of the existing organization of business processes were revealed and a way to solve this problem was proposed, which allows to increase the efficiency of the provision of additional education services.
