Abstract

The Geologic Division of the U.S. Geological Survey reports that it is undergoing a reduction‐in‐force and reorganization that will release a large pool of well trained, experienced, productive staff. Staff to be released will include geologists, geophysicists, chemists, computer staff, cartographic and graphics experts, and a variety of administrative and support staff. Released employees will be available for employment in October 1995.Potential employers are urged to contact regional offices of the Division for information and resumes of available staff, beginning September 1.
