Abstract
In the context of the “dual carbon” goal, the installation of photovoltaic energy storage systems by users can not only effectively reduce electricity bills, but also reduce the cost of purchasing carbon emission quotas for relevant users. With the increase in the proportion of photovoltaic energy storage users, the economic benefit of power grid enterprises will be affected inevitably. In order to ensure the enthusiasm of power grid enterprises to participate in carbon reduction goals, it is necessary to analyze and measure their benefits. Firstly, a user benefit calculation model is established, and with the goal of maximizing the annual comprehensive benefit of user during the photovoltaic energy storage project, an optimal configuration model of the user-side photovoltaic energy storage is established to determine the user’s configuration plan. On this basis, a benefit calculation model is established to analyze the power grid enterprise benefits from three aspects: electricity purchase and sale benefits, technical benefits and carbon emission reduction benefits. Finally, from the perspective of the whole society, the social benefits are analyzed from the aspects of low carbon, environmental protection and energy saving. Taking the typical data of various users and the modified IEEE 33-node system as example, the benefits of all parties after the photovoltaic energy storage is connected to the distribution network are calculated and analyzed to verify the accuracy and practicability of the proposed method.
