Abstract

Effective analysis of users’ demand is critical for developing an intelligent service platform for rural tourism. In this study, the Kano model and Better-Worse satisfaction index analysis method are used to analyze the demand hierarchy of various information services. A rural tourism intelligent information service system with 30 services has been built using the five dimensions of cultural travel service, information service, map navigation guide, independent shopping mall, and community service. It is suggested that when providing intelligent information services for rural tourism, the level of user demand for services should be fully considered, and that construction should be carried out in a targeted and phased manner.
