Abstract

With the gradual maturity of solar thermal power generation technology and the business model of solar thermal power plants, solar thermal power generation has become a good way to accelerate the penetration of new energy to replace traditional energy. A new energy ecosystem is taking shape. The uncertainty of wind energy and load can not be ignored, and effective measures must be taken to ensure the safety of the energy system. In this paper, based on the chance-constrained Gaussian mixture model, the uncertainty set of wind power forecasting error and the uncertainty set of load forecasting error are constructed. The robust economic multi-objective dispatching model is established by incorporating the robustness into the collaborative optimization objective to obtain the robust economic dispatching optimization scheme with higher comprehensive satisfaction. The research in this paper can provide scientific guidance for the robust economic dispatch of cogeneration microgrids with solar thermal power plants, and also provide new ideas for increasing the consumption of clean energy. At the same time, the proposed robust economic dispatch method can be applied to other microgrid dispatchs, which has certain academic and engineering practical significance.
