Abstract

AbstractThe concept of consumption upgrading and enjoying consumption leads the consumption of luxury goods in China. In recent years, the average consumption age of luxury goods in China shows a trend of lower age, and the millennial generation has become the main consumer. Due to the epidemic, the sales of luxury goods declined, but the price continued to rise, giving opportunities to the second-hand luxury market. This paper conducts research from two perspectives of user experience and functional requirements. Kano model and QFD model are used to explore which factors affect users’ experience sense of second-hand luxury App. Combined with the three APPs, the design points are put forward.
