Abstract
Under the Clean Air Act promulgated by the US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), Accidental Release Prevention Requirements have been finalized. The Risk Management Plan is one of the regulations falling in this category and will take effect on June 21, 1999. This article outlines the programs in USEPA's Risk Management Plan.
