Abstract
Introduction: Resection and reconstruction of the portal vein (PV)/superior mesenteric vein (SMV) using an autologous vein graft are required occasionally for complete resection of locally advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The various grafts involving left renal vein and internal jugular vein have been described in the literature, however, their use has some problems.
