Abstract
Studied antioxidant and therapeutic efficacy of the product fermented mares milk — kumis in the complex sanatorium treatment of 134 patients with stable angina pectoris I, II functional class (FC). Made kumis derived from fermented mares milk, Lactobacterium bulgaricum and yeasts such as Torula.Kumis contributed to the activation of antioxidant enzymes against inhibition of peroxidation processes of metabolism and lipid-lowering effect. The developed approach is an effective method of complex of regenerative therapy in patients with chronic coronary heart disease.

Изучена антиоксидантная и терапевтическая эффективность применения продукта кобыльего молока — кумыса в комплексном санаторном лечении 134 больных стабильной стенокардией I, II функциональных классов. Использовался кумыс, полученный на основе кобыльего молока, Lactobacterium bulgaricum и дрожжей типа Torula. Применение продукта кобыльего молока в реабилитации больных. Ме того, достигнутые результаты позволят раскрыть некоторые механизмы лечебного воздействия кумыса, полученного из кобыльего молока, закваски на основе Lactobacterium bulgaricum и дрожжей типа Torula [2]. Цель исследования — оценка антиоксидантной эффективности кумысолечения у больных ИБС со стабильной стенокардией
