Abstract

Decreased fecundity among women with congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) and non-classical CAH (NCAH) is due, in part, to excess adrenal androgen and progesterone production. This inhibits follicular phase endometrial growth leading to impairment of embryo implantation. We present 3 cases of women with CAH or NCAH who were able to become pregnant after switching to glucocorticoid regimens with longer half-lives.
