Abstract
SummaryThe endoscopic transanal resection (ETAR) technique was successfully employed using the ball-diathermy electrode to control bleeding from an ulcer in a patient with a Parks' ileo-anal pouch who was also slightly over anticoagulated. It is suggested that this is the treatment of first choice in such an eventuality.
