Use of silver biosynthesized nanoparticles from bacteria pseudomonas aeruginosa in the treatment of induced bacterial injury infection

Abstract

This research, we discuss how biosynthesis silver nanoparticles and used to treat wounds in the skin and compare them with antibiotics and find out which are more effective for healing. at first, nanosilver is synthesis from Pseudomonas aeruginosa it is characterized by confirmation test to proved this material is silver nanoparticles , as well as measuring the susceptibility of the nanomaterial to lysis of red blood cells after that, tests are done for this material in vitro and vivo and that was done by measuring the ability of silver nanoparticles to inhibit the growth of bacteria and comparing it with the inhibition of antibiotics also, the ability of silver nanoparticles to heal was measured on rats at different times and at different doses and compared with the antibiotic.
