Abstract

Evaluation of the characteristic features of retinal lymphomas using OCT. The study included 6 patients (10 eyes) with retinal lymphomas associated with brain lesions of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who were treated at the N.N. Burdenko National Medical Research Center of Neurosurgery from 2017 to 2020; they were examined with OCT. All patients with retinal lymphomas showed typical OCT signs in the form of hyperreflective subretinal infiltrates. OCT is a modern non-invasive method that allows diagnosing retinal lymphomas based on clinical and instrumental signs with a high degree of reliability.
