Abstract

The main problems encountered in attempting to optimize the control of electrotechnical complexes used to make nonwovens are identified. The dynamic characteristics of a dual-channel system for controlling the transport and winding of nonwovens are examined on a “Reicofil” unit with allowance for the deformation properties of the fibrous product. The article also presents the main principles behind the planning and design of complex dynamic objects with the use of neural networks.
