Use of Local Labour in Oil Palm Agriculture

Dependency on foreign workers in the agricultural sector is due to lack of interest among the community, low wages and social status
The lack of interest of locals to get involved in the agricultural sector will affect the productivity of crops when they have to work on farms
This study aims to identify some strategies to increase local labour utilization in oil palm agriculture in Sarawak
