Use of Disubstituted Thiosemicarbazide in Synthesis of New Derivatives of 1,3,4-Thiadiazole, 1,2,4-Triazole and Pyrazole with Their Antimicrobial Evaluation

Abstract

New derivatives of 1,3,4-thiadiazole, 1,2,4-triazole and pyrazole were obtained by cyclisation of the corresponding disubstituted thiosemicarbazide derivative. The newly synthesised derivatives were obtained in good yields and their structures were elucidated by spectral data and elemental analyses. The antimicrobial activity of some of the synthesised compounds is tested.
