Abstract

Information technology development reached the qualitatively new level in recent years. Digitalization generated new opportunities of people’s interaction, the use of traditional sources of information and their interpretation, set the new objects for participants of educational process in the system of higher education. Federal standards of education set tasks of formation of universal competences4 many of them are formed at the non-core disciplines studying at the basis of studying. The article presents how it is possible to use digital technologies, forming at the same time the competences demanded in the professional sphere, during studying the traditional high school course "History".
