Abstract

SUMMARY Computers have been used by the X-Ray Analysis Section at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) for several years. Codes are used for processing x-ray absorption edge, x-ray fluorescence, and electron probe data. A subroutine is available for plotting the x-ray fluorescence and electron probe data. The computer is also used to calculate lattice parameters from powder x-ray diffraction data.
