Abstract
The use of cloud information technologies for measurement, control, and management of distribution power grids with direct and alternating current couplings are considered. Requirements for databases for carrying out synchronous scalar direct-current measurements and synchronous vector alternating-current measurements are developed. Different scenarios of steady-state and transient regimes are examined. A generalized algorithm for the control and management of the distribution grid is proposed.
