Abstract
A traditional method of flap debulking involves the direct surgical excision of the subcutaneous fat, or the utilisation of liposuction based techniques.1–3 Herein, we describe the potential of a power-assisted straight cannula nasal microdebrider that is commonly used in endoscopic sinus surgery in the debulking of flap skin paddles.
