Abstract
Objectives: One of the most difficult problems facing ART programs is the effective management of the “low responder” patient. Previous reports have suggested that the use of microdoses of GnRH agonist in conjunction with controlled ovarian hyperstimulation might be useful for these difficult patients. Our objectives in this study were to assess the effectiveness of the microdose GnRH-a protocol and to compare it to our standard stimulation protocol.
