Abstract
Abstract As a major Norwegian oil company Norsk Hydro is involved as operator or partner in a large number of commercial petroleum fields and exploration licenses. The requirements for reporting reserve estimates have led to the development of a corporate database. This has improved the quality of the estimates and increased the flexibility in using approved data for different purposes.
