Abstract
The aim of the study is numerical simulation of a new method of mass separation of charged particles with β < 0.9 in a uniform ionization liquid medium chamber. A waveform analysis of the preamplifier output signal connected to a thick gap ( L > 2 cm) ionization liquid medium chamber is proposed for few measurements of dE dx inside one gap. This paper describes the results of Monte Carlo simulation of separation of π- and k-mesons in LKr medium in the momentum range 0.5–0.8 GeV/ c.
