Abstract
Neonatal visceral injury have high clinical incidence and it is hard to make clinical diagnosis early by routine inspection.In recent years, researches have shown that neonatal multiple organs damage can be diagnosed early by analyzing some special components in urine.Besides, urine analysis is a noninvasive examination method and it is suitable for clinical promotion.This paper enumerates the application of neonatal urine examination in the early diagnosis of kidney damage, bronchial pulmonary displasia, patent ductus arteriosus, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and metabolic disease.
