Abstract

In conducting and running a business, human resources are needed who are able to understand and update the progress and developments of the times. This requires business legality to obtain legal certainty for the business being run, financial literacy to provide an understanding of the benefits of financial reports for business continuity, fintech to expand business networks and be able to meet customer needs. This PKM program provides education to MSME actors about the importance of business legality, financial literacy and the use of fintech in the sustainability of their business, as well as providing training and assistance in making NIB online and preparing simple financial reports. The PKM method used is service learning with 3 stages (preparation, service, and reflection). This PKM program was carried out at the Lombok Beach hotel in December 2022 for 5 days with participants as prospective MSME actors and MSME actors. The results show that in order to be competitive, MSME actors need business legality (NIB), HR who understand financial reports and the benefits of financial reports for the sustainability of their business, apply accounting records to their business transactions, and use and utilize fintech in their business transactions. The government can support and facilitate the needs of MSMEs in their working area.
