Less than 100 cases of ureteral triplication have been reported in the literature and to our knowledge only 4 cases of ureteral quadruplication have been reported.1, 2 We report a case of ureteral quadruplication with contralateral triplicate ureter. Review of the literature failed to reveal documentation of such a case.
