Abstract
Objective To analysis Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) infection in female genital tract and drug sensitivity test in order to provide a reference of using antibiotics. Methods From June to October, 2015, a total of 719 patients with their cervical endocrine specimens, received routine gynecological examination were enrolled into this study. Subjects aged 16 to 48 years old. Then, the infection and drug sensitivity test of Uu were analyzed. Results ①Among 719 cases, 204 cases were infected with Uu, accounting for 28.4%. And the infection women concentrated between 25 and 35 years old, accounting for 71.1%. ②The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the Uu was susceptible to doxycycline, josamycin, tetracycline, apramycin, and the sensitive rates were 97.1%, 96.1%, 95.6%, 99.0%, respectively. However, ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin had higher drug resistance rates, and the rates were 76.5% and 88.2%, respectively. Conclusions Based on drug sensitivity test, appropriate antibiotics is beneficial to curbing the Uu infection and decreasing morbidity of relative diseases.
