Abstract
A reflexão aqui desenvolvida tem como fio condutor os conceitos, noções e ideias de urbanidade, urbanidades, urbanidades no rural, sociedade urbana e planetarização do urbano. Propõe-se uma (re)apresentação das urbanidades no rural enquanto elementos constitutivos do espaço, agrupadas em algumas das múltiplas dimensões que o compõem – serão destacadas as dimensões físico-natural, simbólico-cultural, socioeconômica e técnica, embora muitas outras possam ser adicionadas.
