Abstract

In a context of ecological transition, the city of Casablanca has set itself the goal of building an eco-metropolis. Its development plan provides to convert industrial wasteland into business parks with consideration of sustainability in development operations. Sustainable management approaches have been initiated, such as the CasaNearshore Technopole greening project. The paper proposes an analysis of the perceptions of actors on the themes of actions to be implemented within the framework of this project. The evaluation by the actors of the relevance of these themes reveals that actions in favor of the preservation of the environment, although known as approaches of general interest, can nevertheless lead to situations of location conflicts.
