Abstract

This research paper aims to provide a comprehensive historical analysis of urban development in Uttar Pradesh, one of the largest and most populous states in India. By examining the evolution of urban settlements and their socio-economic transformations, this study explores the factors that have shaped the urban landscape in Uttar Pradesh from ancient times to the present day.
