Abstract

Photoelectron spectra of polycrystalline α-phase CuX and AgX (X = Zn, Ga, Ge and As) alloys have been measured using the photon energy of 21.2 eV. The alloy-host difference spectra are compared with theoretical calculations. The origin of the structures in difference spectra and the observed weak impurity dependence of the anti-resonance structure are discussed.
