Abstract

Unusual temperature dependence of the upper critical magnetic fieldHc2 inhigh-Tc superconductors has been reported in magnetoresistance measurements by many authors. These measurements can reflect rather the irreversibility line behavior thanHc2. We address the problem by the point contact spectroscopy, where we measured the superconducting density of states via tunneling or Andreev reflection. The measurements have been performed on Ba1−xKxBiO3 as well as BaPb1−xBixO3 superconductors in the whole temperature and magnetic field range up to the critical values.Hc2(T) dependencies have been obtained.
