Abstract

He ++ ion irradiation effect on resistive characteristics and upper critical field H c2(T) of YBa 2Cu 3O 7 and HoBa 2Cu 3O 7 c-axis oriented films has been studied. Analyzing the normal states resistivity modification and T c degradation with influence F, we estimated the H c2(T) change in GLAG theory. The -dH c2/dT rise with F has been found. The measured resistive transition midpoint shift T cH-T c in magnetic field proves higher, then one found from the estimated H c2(T). So, the transition broadening has been found to be the main effect, determining the T cH-T c, at least for high fluences.
