Abstract
Upper airway stimulation (UAS) of the Hypoglossal nerve is an important addition, beyond soft tissue and skeletal operations, to the surgical management of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).[1] The aim of the study was to analyze the outcome of UAS in patients with moderate to severe OSA who decline, or who are not appropriate candidates for maxillomandibular advancement (MMA).
