Abstract

The radiologist plays a key role in the diagnosis of airway obstruction in children. Most diagnoses are made on the basis of plain films. In more complicated or complex entities, CT and MRI give excellent anatomic detail in defining the airway, associated soft tissues, and vascular relationships.
