Abstract

The topicality of the research is related to the importance and necessity of higher education institutions to provide a combination of training and research in the implementation of educational programs for the training of future economists according to the level of higher education, the specialty and goals of the educational program in the system of continuous education. The article introduces a scientific discussion on the significance of the practice of updating the contents of the professional training of future specialists on the basis of scientific achievements in the context of the concept of continuous education.The purpose of the article is to highlight the contribution of the scientific and pedagogical workers of the department of economics and social-behavioral sciences of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University to updating the content of the training of future economists. The task of the research is to personify the contribution of the scientific and pedagogical staff of the department of economics and social-behavioral sciences in the updating of the training content of future economists; to characterize the organizational and methodological principles of the practice of combining teaching, teaching and research. The achievement of the research purpose made possible the use of general theoretical and empirical and theoretical methods, namely: analysis, synthesis, concretization, comparison, generalization, classification and person-bibliographic – for the analysis of contribution to the development of the problem of scientific and pedagogical workers of the department of economics and social-behavioral sciences of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University.On the basis of the research of publishing activity, the conclusion about the personalized deduction of scientific and pedagogical workers of the department of economics and social-behavioral sciences of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University was made in updating the content of the training of future economists. The forms of organizational-methodical work of the scientific and pedagogical staff of the department on methodical support of the combination of teaching and research are described. It is pointed out the expediency of further scientific research to ensure a combination of training and research in the implementation of educational programs for the training of future economists and the best practices in teaching and research related to the internationalization of the activities of the institution of higher education.
