Abstract
The level of education is one of the main indicators of the country's success and development. The more educated a nation is, the more successful each country is, and vice versa. Educated people create strong institutions, on which, in turn, a strong state is based. Therefore, in the fast-changing competitive world, that national economy wins, and employment is more ensured in those countries in which human capital is formed most effectively and is considered a priority, while at the same time, it is desirable that the development of people proceeds smoothly, throughout their life. Thus, in the conditions of modern super-competition, taking into account the latest achievements in the age of digital technologies, the renewal of scientific-technical knowledge, qualitative continuous education at all ages for people of any profession, for the country, for any field (including in the field of economy), for the company is of great importance, which, in the end, should provide employment for thousands and millions of people.
