Abstract
Acute lung injury(ALI)/acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)is characterized by noncardiogenic, acute, progressive and hypoxic respiratory insufficiency or respiratory failure mediated by various internal and external stimuli.The pathogeny of lung injury is varied, pathogenesis is complicated, and it is not clear.Related pathogeny and pathogensis of lung injury is reviewed as follows.
