Abstract

The phenomenon of low disciplinary behavior often occurs in schools, resulting in violations of school rules. Guidance and counseling teachers need to provide appropriate services, so this research was carried out with the aim of knowing how to improve student disciplinary behavior through the Structure Learning Approach technique in class XI TKR SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Imogiri academic year 2021/2022. This research is classroom action research carried out in two cycles. The subjects taken in this research were 34 students of class XI TKR 5. Data collection instruments used questionnaires and observation. Students' disciplinary behavior before and after being given classical services using the Structure Learning Approach technique was analyzed using the Paired Sample T-Test method. The results of data analysis obtained a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. So there is an influence between the pre-test and the post-test cycle 2. The influence that is found is an increase, because in the pre-test the mean value was 79.76, while the post-test obtained a mean value of 100.44. The research results show that there is an increase in student discipline behavior through classical services using the Structure Learning Approach technique.
