Abstract

The purpose of this study is to increase students' interest in learning through the implementation of a method of discussing fiqh subjects at MI Nurul Ulum Probolinggo. The mission of education is to create a learning atmosphere so that students always learn well and enthusiastically. A demikain learning atmosphere will create positivity in learning by achieving maximum learning outcomes. The research method used is class action research (PTK) and observation using observer sheets. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that student learning outcomes can increase if they apply the discussion learning model from cycle I to cycle II which is seen from student learning outcomes, in cycle I student learning outcomes obtain an average percentage of 70% which is an unfinished grade, but in cycle II, student learning performance increases with an average win rate of 80% with full marks. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of a discussion-based learning model can improve the fiqh learning outcomes of grade 1 MI Nurul Ulum students.
