Abstract
The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and incentives on employee performance at PT. Sinar Indonesia Baru Medan. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The population of permanent employees of PT. Sinar Indonesia Baru Medan, totaling 87 people. The sampling technique was saturated sample, so that 87 employees were used as research samples. Furthermore, data collection using a questionnaire. The results show that partially only incentives have a significant effect on employee performance while organizational culture has no effect on employee performance.
