Abstract
Open surgery is the gold standard of treating the staghorn calculus which all other forms of treatment are compared with it. New endourological techniques lead to treating staghorn calculus with more effective and less invasive methods. The aim of this study was to compare the complication of PNL (percutaneous nephrolithotomy) versus open surgery in staghorn stones.
