Abstract

Development of multi-laser, multi-detector flow cytometers opened the possibility of preparation of sophisticated fluorochrome panel for thorough analysis of samples with low amounts of cells as it is limited by the volume of blood that can be collected. The aim of our work was to characterize the expression of C-type lectin-like receptor CD161 and NKG2D in various cell subsets based on combinations of surface antigens.
