Abstract
By comparison with radical retropubic prostatectomy (RRP), laparoscopic surgery significantly reduces postoperative discomfort, hospital stay, and convalescent period. However, the procedure of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (LRP) is difficult to master. So we considered the surgical technique that minimally invasive like laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, does not require considerable learning curve and bring good results like conventional radical retropubic prostatectomy.
