Abstract

A case of sarcoidosis with unusual skeletal involvement is presented. Large lesions are present in the vertebrae and pelvis with minimal involvement of the hands. Predilection for the lower thoracic and lumbar spine is noted. The present case supports the fact that bone changes are commoner in the presence of dermatological involvement. Little or no regression was achieved with steroid therapy.
